Thou Mayest Coffee Roasters

Thou Mayest is a coffee roasting gang of freewheeling renegades looking to shake up the ant farm.  Like all awesome things, it started in a garage in 2012 and has exploded into a movement of entrepreneurs, artists, activists, business owners and shopkeeps looking for ways to do community better.  Thou Mayest means "the way is open" and is seeing your life as a vast, glowing, empty page, waiting to be written by you.

If geography and the trails of your own adventure don't lead to our shop, we understand, and that's why we make our coffee available online, and at locations throughout the Empire.  Glasses raised, onward to the horizon!

Survival Letterpress

Joey Gross has always had a passion for building, fixing and creating things with his hands, so when he graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in Graphic Design, he knew he wouldn't last long in the traditional career path which involves long hours at a computer.  In 2012, after an internship at Hammerpress, he quickly began the hunt to find, bring home and restore the printing equipment to start his own letterpress studio.  After two years of gathering the equipment and learning how to use it in his garage, he joined the creative community at Bonfire Space in Mission, KS and packed all of his equipment into a tiny room in the back of the studio and Survival Letterpress was born.  He's just trying to play a small part in making sure this age-old trade survives!
